I’m Marina, a poet, writer, & student.

I am an undergraduate English/Creative Writing student at Florida International University (& stand with the demands for divestment). I am also pursuing a Certificate in Queer Studies. There will be liberation for Palestine, DRC, Sudan, oppressed & occupied peoples everywhere in our lifetime. I am from & currently based in so-called Miami, FL, on ancestral Seminole, Mascogo, Miccosukee, Tequesta, & Taíno land.

My fiction has appeared in OxMag, Astrolabe, Peach Fuzz, UndrBelly, Alocasia, scaffold, & American Literary Review. I have fiction forthcoming in Sinister Wisdom 138, the Fall issue of ‘25.

My poetry has appeared in Stoneboat, SoFloPoJo, New Feathers Anthology, Pictura, The Zinnia Journal, Alocasia, & UndrBelly.
